Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Refund Request Time:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures or videos as proof.

Non-Refundable Items:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Customized or personalized products

Refund Process:
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For COD orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
